1. Drink plenty of water . If the skin moisture is lost it looks dull and dry.Wrinkles also starts appearing early.
2.Use natural cleansers.
- tomato+milk+lemon
- peeled apple+plain yogurt+olive oil+lemon/orange
- Oliveoil+grapes+milk
- Honey+milk.
- Green tea/Honey/milk/Rosewater
- Aloevera gel
3. Minimize Sun exposure.Sun causes ageing,drying and activates oil glands .
4. Avoid excessive usage of soaps .The chemicals in the soaps are harsh so try avoiding them as much as possible at least on the face
5. Proper food . Try and take fibre rich food. it's good for your skin's health.
6. Avoid stress,coffee,cigarettes these are your skin's enemies.

9. Avoid Dairy products.if your skin is acne-prone dairy products are complete No-No As the cow hormones induce breakouts.
10. Get good sleep.A good sleep can make you look younger.Lack of sleep can cause ageing,forgetfulness,Gain weight ..So get some Beauty sleep :)
11. Avoid oily foods munch on fruits instead. Need not explain much here .
12.Use Sunscreen lotions.If you cannot avoid going out in sun make sure you are prepared Sunscreen,sunglasses,umbrella,scarf.
13.Keep your hands off your face .Even the occasional picking can cause irreparable damage to your skin.
