My 5 Stress Busters

1.        Gossip with the girls.The first and the best way we girls let our hair down!2.      Take a nice long shower with strawberry scented shower gel(or any fruity body wash)Pamper yourself! Feel like a princess.3.      Watch an episode of your favorite sitcom.Laughter is after all the best medicine!4.      Dance to all the item numbers you can find exercise coupled with fun music.

   

5.     Chocolates and ice-cream.Go for this only if you are sure you aren’t the sort who is going to beat yourself up about all the extra calories you consumed.
